STK, L.L.C. AND PENDA CORPORATION SETTLE LITIGATION

Uniontown, PA - Mar. 17, 2005 - STK, L.L.C. and Penda Corporation today announced that all litigation between the two companies has been settled. 

Speaking on behalf of STK's management team, Kent Buckingham states: "We are very pleased that all legal matters between STK and Penda Corp. have been settled to the satisfaction of both companies."

Speaking on behalf of Penda Corporation, Ulf Buergel, President and CEO stated "We found mutually acceptable terms to settle the litigation and I am sure both companies look forward to continuing to expand their bedliner market share through their respective marketing efforts." 

Both companies believe that thermoformed plastic bedliners provide by far the best pickup truck bed protection and outperform alternatives like spray-on coatings or bedmats.
